Sebastian transitioned this experience into a career dedicated to sector growth, serving as the Music Industry Development Officer at Music SA, where he was instrumental in delivering high-impact professional pathways for the state’s talent.

Currently, Sebastian holds a key role at 5/4 Entertainment, where he contributes to the live programming and bookings for some of Adelaide’s premier venues including: Hindley St Music Hall and Lion Arts Factory. His work in live music, combined with his role as an active artist manager, ensures his strategic advice is grounded in current market realities.
